15 Years' Experience in Power Products
Boluo Chang Le Metal Plastic was set up by Holageo Enterprise as its trading subsidiary in 1996. Besides ODM partnership, we have 15 years' experience in quality outdoor and indoor power products. Our own brands, "HEC" and "DEV", especially for our IP rated products, are well-known in Europe.

Offering a Wide Range of Products
In 2005, our waterproof product series were successfully launched in the European market. Our products include IP rated products, wall mount and in-wall power sockets, switched, RCD, remote control and timer controlled sockets, junction boxes, remote controlled power switches, outdoor boxes, cable glands and cable connectors as well as a full range of rewireable/non-rewireable plugs. One of our big buyers is B&Q.

Releasing Three New Items Monthly
Our R&D team is composed of four staff members with seven years' industry experience. We have our own mold department with three EDMs, two lathes, three milling and three grinding machines. Furthermore, we own many patent rights in China and overseas. We offer three new items per month to keep your selection updated, as well as welcome inquiries for ODM/OEM projects. We design and offer a sample for you within 30 days.

Meeting International Quality Standards
We have 15 QC staff members with eight to 10 years of field experience. They implement strict ISO 9001:2008 standards in the whole production process to guarantee the highest quality possible. They also make sure that we meet the standards of BSI, NEMKO, CQC, ETL, SEMKO and CNS. For your added assurance, we offer a one-year warranty for all our products. Because of our meticulousness, we have not experienced returns since then.
